Composite cushion with anatomical base, integrated with self-modelling fluids.
Composed of two layers:
• Top layer in contact with the patient made of highly cross-linked, totally
impermeable polyurethane gel
• Bottom layer made of polyurethane foam
• Outer lining with silver ions with non-slip breathable base, waterproof and permeable to air and vapour
