Composite cushion with anatomical base, integrated with self-modelling fluid inserts.
Composed of two layers:
• Upper layer in contact with the patient made of highly cross-linked fluid polyurethane gel, fully waterproof
• Lower layer in polyurethane foam
• Outer cover with silver ions, breathable non-slip base, waterproof to water and permeable to air and steam
